Western Cape Northern Suburbs Australian Outbound Lead Generating Agent. MANGO 5 CAPE TOWN BRANCH is now recruiting excellent Call Centre agents to perform Outbound Lead Generation for one of our top Australian campaigns'.
Due to Mango 5's International Campaign's success, we are expanding our top performing team of skilled of agents. We are looking for highly energetic individuals who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and who love interacting with International clients. The ideal candidate must have the drive and passion to succeed and be 100 % reliable and committed.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Profound command of the English Language (must have a neutral accent). Excellent articulation, pronunciation and grammar. Matric (National Senior Certificate). Criminal Clear, Experience Required: Call Centre (Inbound / Outbound / Lead Generation), Face to face customer services, Previous International Call Centre experience (would be highly advantageous), Passionate about interacting with International clients, Flexible and adaptable to our working hours, Persuasive skills, High level of accuracy and attention to detail
OPERATIONAL WORKING HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY (Straight Night Shift 01:00 AM - 11:00 AM). Please ensure you have a great support structure to accommodate you with working this shift
TRANSPORT: FREE TRANSPORT will be provided from your home to the start of your 01:00 am shift
SALARY: R4500 (Basic Salary Plus Night Shift Allowance). Basic Salary Plus Night Shift Allowance escalates to R5100 within 6 month period based on performance R1000 Monthly Attendance Bonus. Weekly and monthly incentives Commission
