We are urgently recruiting for a seasoned Transport Route Planner to be responsible for ensuring a maximum optimization of total transportation cost and vehicle utilisation through high standards strategic planning processes.

Desired Skills & Experience Matric and a Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management or related 3--4 years experience within a transport / logistics management environment in a similar role Fully Computer literate in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) General knowledge of distribution systems and processes KPI Management experience is a must Technical vehicle knowledge and/or experience will be an advantage Experience with routing programs, route profitability, vehicle tracking and general fleet experience A working knowledge of costings, spread sheet analysis and reconciliation of diesel usage would be a strong advantage Knowledge and/or experience with SAP preferable Fluent in English and at least one African Language A valid driver's license Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Pretoria  Offer: Market related salary plus benefits Candidates must have SA ID
