Sales Star Needed

If you are a Sales Professional and have the hunger to be the best, the opportunities for you at Paymark are endless.

We are offering a base salary for a junior sales person of €20k plus commission of around €40k assuming you reach target. If you are more experienced and can demonstrate the skills we seek to start you as a senior, your base and commission will be higher and discussed at the interview.

We are an international company setting up in Dublin to distribute our award winning trading software product into Ireland and Europe. Paymark Autotrader is designed to trade the worlds largest financial markets, fully automatically, and deliver a passive income to our customers of 800 -1200 Euro a month.

Your responsibilities will include:

    * Closing deals

    * Making outbound calls to existing and new customers or prospects promoting and offering services.

      •   Providing information in relation to the service you offer and answering questions.

      •  Overcoming objections

      •  Responding to email enquiries

      •  Accurately entering details and information into our CRM system

      •  General sales administration duties

 
Key selection criteria:

      •  Phone based sales experience is useful

      •  Banking or finance within a call centre environment is ideal

      •  Ability to overcome objections 

      •  Ability to achieve daily and weekly KPIs

      •  Sound written and verbal communication skills.

      •  Intermediate MS Office/Computer usage

      •  The ability to actively listen, follow instructions and ask questions when necessary;


You should be committed and reliable, experienced in sales and punctual.
