Commercial Lease Advisory - Durban in Westville, A new career in Commercial Property Warehouse Finder & Officebook is a national commercial property brokerage with offices in Johannesburg & Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban.

We are interviewing young, ambitious and competitive go-getters to join our Durban team based at our super-modern offices in Westville.

As a lease adviser you will be responsible for: facilitating corporate lease agreements with businesses for Offices, Warehouses, New Developments etc. Listing commercial vacancies. Prospecting for new clients. Liasing with landlords. Liasing with Property Funds. Assisting new clients in finding new offices/warehouses

You must have: Own car. Own laptop. Smartphone. Sales experience. no previous property experience required. Full training and mentorship provided. Basic + Commission for new lease advisers. Income expectation for year (1) R400 000 - R600 000, Year (2) R1mil + Only emails with an attached CV will be considered.
