Account Manager B2B Service / Products
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Business Account Manager will be responsible for retaining and maximising the rerturn from a portfolio of existing customers and ensuring every potential commercial opportunity is exhausted.  The Business Account Manager will also be expected to identify and win new customers on their territorty.

 Key Responsibilities for position:

    * Meet or exceed annual sales revenue targets, sales distribution and pricing objectives within the sales territory through an in depth knowledge of our customer base and through the implementation of planned sales programmes, within the sales territory
    * Promote and sell products and services to existing and potential customers
    * Identify and win new profitable business
    * Maintain powerful business relationships with key decision makers within the sales territory
    * Evaluate and report on competitor activity and on developments in the market place recommending action and interventions where appropriate
    * Organise and participate in commercial exhibitions, presentations and public seminars to promote your products and services.

The ideal candidates will:

    * 2 - 5 years field sales experience selling products or services to the B2B sector.
    * be able to show a record of achieving sales and market share objectives within a sales territory
    * be organised, self motivated and capable of working on his/her own initiative
    * possess commercial acumen and business awareness
    * possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels and feel comfortable in one-to-one selling situations
    * be proficient with MS Office package/have good pc skills
    * have a full current driving licence without endorsement
    * have a third level qualification in a relevant sales/marketing or business related discipline.
