The position is responsible for the administrative activities in the office, and can include: Managing and processing accounts and invoices. Ordering of stationery and supplies. Answering phones and action enquiries. Following up with suppliers and debtors. Booking appointments with clients. Sales administration support. General office administration
This position is also engaged in the delivery of administrative support (predominately word processing and data entry) for clients, and provision of administrative support to the Managing Director.
We are looking for someone who displays proficiency in the following: Typing and data entry. Accuracy and attention to detail. Organisation and time management. Communication (verbal and written). Professional Telephone manner. Computer literate (PC). Ability to work unsupervised
