A fantastic modern eatery in Bloemfontein is looking for an experienced Conference & Event Organizer. The property not only runs as a day to day business, it also holds special events, weddings, birthday parties and classes in modern day cooking, wine and whisky tasting to name a few.

Basic Duties: Respond to all enquiries and requests for quotations in writing within 1 hour upon receiving the request. General administration work, i.e. sending contracts, revenue. Daily follow up on any leads and provisional bookings and keep a detailed record. Ensuring payment is received for all bookings. Arrange Site Inspections as and when requested. To ensure that function rooms are set up, serviced and maintained. Running of functions, Supervising restaurant on occasions, Willing to work shifts

Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). Formal Hotel Management Qualification. Minimum 1 year in an Event /G&C Coordinator. Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Computer Literate, MS Office, Essential
