A fantastic opportunity has come up with a client for the right candidate that will involve identifying candidates, sourcing employers and placing them in positions in Canada,Australia,New Zealand.

Daily duties will include:

    * Sourcing Employers with positions inCanadaand also for Australia & New Zealand through contacts and networking.
    * Identifying trades candidates (eg welders, metal cladders, pipe fitters, industrial scaffolders, carpenters & electricians etc with the relevant experience).
    * Sourcing candidates through databases, word of mouth, social networks and external sources
    * managing job websites and uploading jobs
    * general administration & dealing with queries
    * reviewing & templating CVs

Key Skills required:

    * Background in the recruitment of trades, construction or technical staff
    * Min 3 years Recruitment experience and any overseas recruitment a bonus especially for Canada.
    * Has lived and worked overseas an advantage - Canada,Australia,New Zealand
    * Ability to work on own initiative
    * Excellent attention to detail with good writing skills
    * Ability to multi-task
    * Hands on/ can do approach
    * Ability to prioritise
