Bilingual Account Manager, Location, City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type Full-Time. The Account manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a soft gaming website.  Please find below a list of duties for the position of the Bilingual Afrikaans Territory Manager to commence on agreement of terms.

Responsibilities and duties include: Administering all day-to-day activities. Translating and maintaining Afrikaans translation of the website(s) including latest news articles and all ad hoc advertising promotional material. Working with IT technicians to ensure new software allows functionality to operate multi language platforms. Assisting Operations/Marketing Director to devise marketing strategies specific to the Afrikaans market. Attending group strategy meetings to devise new ways to increase revenue and player base. Attending to all Afrikaans player correspondence and administration including email, live chat and telephonic

Requirements: candidates must speak fluent Afrikaans and English Strong project management skills essential. Understanding and working knowledge of bulk email and SMS platforms. Ability to review campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement. A broad Google Analytics knowledge. An eye for what works in user experience. Must have a very strong technical understanding. Great attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Must know how to use social media

Terms Hours: five days per week, Monday- Friday 8:30 – 17:00, working additional hours on an ad hoc basis as and when required. This position will be a 3 month probationary period and when successful, a permanent position thereafter.
