Are you able to troubleshoot and resolve all IT issues, both hardware and software? Then we are looking for you! The individual needs to be able to provide feedback within agreed upon times to the IT Helpdesk Operators as well as our internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum requirements: Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification is essential. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a similar role. Technical qualification, A+, N+, MCSE. Diploma in IT with Linux + / LPIC and CCNA. Excellent understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle

Skills required: Understanding of TCP/IP. Excellent understanding of the OSI model. Technical understanding of IT infrastructures. Good knowledge of PC's and fault finding

Primary duties: Troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues (Windows/Linux). Provide support with resolving issues surrounding any projects and end users. Install and configure software, hardware as well as PCs and laptops. Maintenance: Ensure systems are backed up and clones are in working order. Documenting tasks and duties. Remote management and support. Office and site visits. Internal and external client support. Client is looking for four candidates to fill this vacancy. Salary 12-15K per month – negotiable.
