Key result areas of this role: Manage full HR administrative processes. Handle new starters, resignations, terminations, and staff development Recruitment. Provide HR-related information to staff. HR/IR-related queries related to staff. Handle payroll. Skills development programme. Employment Equity Knowledge. Manage the administration of performance appraisals and development plans. Manage BBBEE levels
Requirements: Qualifications: Matric. Qualifications: Diploma in HR / Bcom degree, Over five years of HR experience, Well organized, Good communicator, Attention to detail, Analytical, Self-starter, Ability to interact professionally at all levels, Confidentiality. Salary negotiable between R16 000 – R20 000pm + 13th cheque (no benefits)
