A dedicated simulation department ensures that all tooling designs are checked in a simulated environment. This simulation is viewed by the customer and offers a chance for changes to be made, prior to build commencing.

Because we are an innovative organization, we offer our client's pragmatic solutions in Engineering, Robotics, Automation and Manufacturing we currently have an open position in our Simulation Department for dynamic Electrical Engineers who have experience in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programming with an understanding of virtual commissioning. This position will be responsible for setting up the virtual environment which involves PLC Programmes, robot programs, electrical/pneumatic drawings and 3D models. This is done with the aid of an OPC server or Siemens simulation unit and actual PLC. During this process all communication, safety and production scenario are validated. Proven experience with C, C++, C#, VB Net or similar is essential.

Applicants must have a minimum of a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering with an interest and intermediate experience in IT / programming and coding. Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programming is essential. Based in Durban (must be willing to relocate). Competitive Remuneration Package
