Sales & Marketing Representative, Location, Umhlanga, North Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales and Marketing Representative that thrives in a competitive, pressurized environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

 Responsibilities: Service existing client base of over 90 stockists. Build strong relationships with our client base. Source new stockists via online research. Follow up on warm leads. Understand customer needs and requirements. Understand importance of outstanding customer service. Social Media planning and content generation. Social Media monitoring and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years Sales experience. Proven Customer Service experience including dealing with complaints. Track record of over-achieving sales targets. Experience with managing Social Media accounts. Experience in Social Media Content generation. Strong telephonic communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Matric certificate. Drivers License and own car would be advantageous. Degree will be considered as beneficial. Must be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Working Hours 8am-4pm. Offices based in Riverhorse Valley. Must be able to work during busy holidays seasons such as Easter and Christmas. With subject: Sales & Marketing Rep Application
