Salary: Remuneration Based on Commission Only

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Driver\'s Licence (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
Experience: Experience an asset
Type of Trucking and Equipment: Tractor-trailer, Flatbed
Type of Travel: Long-haul
Documentation Knowledge: Driver logbook, Bill of lading, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Maintenance and repair reports, Trip reports, Accident or incident reports
Communication Equipment Experience: Satellite tracking (GPS) equipment
Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Specific Skills: Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo, Plan travel schedules and routes, Use atlases and other trip planning aids, Receive and relay information to central dispatcher
Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service
Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat
Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel cross-border, Willing to travel overnight, Valid driver\'s licence
Other Information:Salary based on mileage.
