We are currently recruiting for a permanent debt counselling sales consultant position which is available to a reliable, suitably qualified person.

Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 with a minimum of two years’ work experience as a Debt councelling Consultant and have a NCR Registration number. Fully computer literate in Excel, Word & Outlook. High personal standards in terms of work ethic, professionalism and punctuality. High standard of communication & interpersonal skills. Able to work well in a team environment. Clear credit & criminal record. Additional tertiary qualification preferable. Contactable references

Responsibilities: Convert leads into clients (20 % of our leads convert +/- 250 leads per month). Provide clients guidance on completion of debt assessment. Providing guidance on all aspects of debt counseling. Meeting sales targets. Strong negotiation skills. Liaison with management & other departments

Job specifications: Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Available for occasional overtime. Start date: February 2017. Basic Salary R7,500.00 plus commission 15 % of Total Sales (Earn between R25k – R40K per month). Leave: 18 days per year. Not a call centre environment
