Responsibilities of the job include: Ownership of problems until resolution is achieved. Configuration ,installation and maintenance of Switches ,routers & Firewalls. Primarily troubleshoot and resolve Network & Server Support related calls. Problem identification and resolution. Continuous improvement of service in terms of new solutions, revised procedures and resolutions

Requirements: A+, N+, 6 -12 months experience within IT support, Own vehicle and transport essential, Willing to travel to other sites around Durban

Skills: Excellent people skills. Strong telephonic skills. Methodical and strong administration skills. Strong client service skills including the ability to deal with all levels of computer literacy. Strong oral and written communication skills. Good listening skills. Good problem solving skills.
