Description: Recent UAE Experience in an Interior Fit-out industry is a must. Strong technical knowledge of interior fit out product specifications and materials including building materials, joining products and MEP items. Process purchase orders and vendor payments. Verifying confirmations / sales orders with PO's. Tracking all orders and maintaining budget. Delivery / installation coordination with Project Managers. Final reconciliation of procurement. Create and maintain highly organized and accurate procurement system. Responsible for the purchasing of materials and services and then managing the purchasing process through listing, handling suppliers, documentation, spread sheets, invoicing and procuring. 10.
