Description: quantity surveyor Location : Abu Dhabi based Summary Motivated, Hard worker, quantity surveying and bill of quantities for Street Light & roads and utilities experience , Computer knowledge Main Duties Knowledge of quantity surveying procedure for roads and utilities works, estimation and evaluation procedures. Prepare the bill of quantities (BOQ) for each project according the design and collected data. Prepare and submission of tender documents, assessment and pricing for new projects. To compare various tasks processes models and use in project design. To use the principles of communication, planning, modeling construction & deployment To identify the duties & responsibilities of People, team leader & stakeholders while planning the site construction project. To prepare the estimation of any task activity. Other • Reporting to head of design. • Coordinating with other staff members in the design team. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering with a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in quantity surveying and estimation, BOO preparation for roads and utilities. Computer knowledge, quantity surveying and estimation procedure for utilities and road works Proficiency in MS Office.
