Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Supervisory Experience: Labourers in textile processing
Specific Skills: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, Establish work schedules, Co-ordinate work activities with other departments, Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, Prepare production and other reports
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver\'s licence, Own vehicle
Ability to Supervise: More than 20 people
