As a Pure Group Accounts Development Executive you will be responsible for handling customer relations. Job duties include, ensuring customer satisfaction, improving customer service and relations, promoting the company's products and services, cross and up selling, training customers on all products/services.

Your CV should demonstrate customer service skills, sales skills, show self-motivation, have telephone etiquette, fast thinking, attention to detail, and leadership. Minimum working experience required in the ICT industry is 3-years and telecommunications or office automation experience would be an advantage.
