Job Description: CH2M would like to recruit a Parks and Grounds Supervisor. As part of the CH2M Operations & Management team you will be collaborating with communities and companies to deliver a complete range of custom-tailored operations and maintenance solutions. Our diverse staff delivers services including water and wastewater system optimization; contract operations and maintenance of water, wastewater and other utilities; and complete municipal operations, including administration, public works and community development - all backed by a commitment to safety, quality, innovation and customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee scheduling for assigned assigned crews in the operation and maintenance of parks and grounds. Services equipment and makes field repairs and adjustments; reports needs for major repair to supervisor. Operates equipment in picking up and delivering materials, debris, and supplies. Services vehicles with gas, oil, and water; notifies mechanic of any repair needed. Adheres to established safety procedures. Performs other duties as required.

The minimum qualifications for this position are: Basic Qualifications, High school diploma, One year of experience in the operation and care of light construction equipment used in parks and grounds projects.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Preferred Qualifications, Two years experience in public works or related field, Knowledge of work hazards, safety procedures, and traffic laws relating to equipment operation
