Job Description: We are looking for a Civil Maintenance Manager with buildings civil and landscaping maintenance experience.

The ideal candidate will be somebody with civil maintenance experience in building and structures (like bridges etc) plus cleaning and landscaping. The key job responsibilities will include: Planning, management and allocation of resources to preventive and corrective maintenance activities covering buildings and structures, cleaning and landscaping around the campus - Develop maintenance plans, and Standard Operating Procedures for buildings and structures, cleaning and landscaping around the campus - Dealing with environmental issues relates to buildings and structures maintenance. - Lead, manage and motivate the team, including training departmental team members - Motivate the employees to understand how they can contribute to departmental and organisational goals - Meeting the KPIs/SLAs according to the targets agreed with the project owner and supervisor
