Salary: $2,200.00 Monthly for 40 hours per week, Gratuities

Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Cook Trade Certification
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Setting: Restaurant
Food Preparation Specializations: Bakery goods and desserts, Stocks, soups and sauces, Cold kitchen (salads, appetizers, sandwiches), Meat, Poultry, Fish
Types of Meals/Food Prepared: Breakfasts, Lunches
Specific Skills: Prepare and cook full course meals, Work with minimal supervision, Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.), Clean kitchen and work areas, Wash dishes
Work Location Information: Staff accommodation available

Other Information:Clean pots&pans&some dishes;Able work without supervision. room provided;prefer applicant willing to stay on until Sept.30;Salary is open to upwards negotiation, Must serve clients during slow times.
