French and Italian speaking customer service role Fluency in Italian and French is a must

Languages: French and Italian

Requirements:

    * Must have excellent written communications skills
    * Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner
    * Min 1 year of customer support experience (Call centre, reception, office)
    * Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment,
    * Strong communication skills
    * An effective team player who is able to also work independently
    * Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
    * Proven ability to multitask
    * Language requirements: Native level of  French and fluent  Italian and English.

Working hrs: office hrs Mon - Fri
