We are currently seeking a Mechanical/Piping/Structural Superintendent for site based opportunities in Northern Alberta. You will be working for one of the world's leading engineering, procurement and construction companies.
Job Description:
    Supervises, coordinates, and schedules the work activities of an assigned craft within the project construction effort
    Monitors construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and to achieve work efficiency
    Ensures that subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures, that this material is being utilized to ensure optimum efficiency, and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements
    Maintains effective schedule and cost control within assigned field functions of the project and ensures adherence to these practices
    Plans required work activities to ensure that design drawings, tools, equipment, and materials are available
    Manages and coordinates the activities of contractors within an area of assigned discipline in conjunction with contracts administration group

    Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
To be the successful candidate for this role you will possess the following skills:
    Degreed or equivalent project experience
    Typically has 10+ years of project experience
    Experience in Mechanical/Piping Supervisor or Construction Supervisor role;
    Willingness to work nightshift is highly desirable
