Unit manager – Aged care, Location, Other, Southern Suburbs, Job Type Full-Time

An elite aged care estate based in the Southern Suburb’s seeks a skilled and capable Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) to take overall responsibility for the high end, busy and technologically advanced Healthcare facility.

The Role: You will be working with a team of multi-skilled RNs ENs and ENAs, running the floor of this busy residential Estate. Your typical day will consist of both clinical and managerial tasks. This role is ideal for anyone wishing to grow their leadership skills and escape the busy hustle and bustle of metro life. It's essential for the role that you have extensive critical thinking, couple with a high level of adaptive interpersonal communication skills.

The Criteria: Nursing Qualifications, Be registered with SANC, Have 3 to 5 years RN experience, Have sound knowledge of Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, frail care, sub-acute, palliative care and strokes

The Package: Salary Package are above Market related cost to company, Contribution towards Medical aid and Provident fund, 20 days annual leave, Exposure to internal and external training, Unit managers receive a company cell phone, Reimbursement on business related travels
