Job Description: Oversee & direct construction projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable & estimate costs. Oversee all onsite & offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building & safety regulations. Review the work progress on daily basis. Prepare internal & external reports pertaining to job status. Plan ahead to prevent problems & resolve any emerging ones. Ensure quality construction standards & the use of proper construction techniques. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts & obtain permits and licenses. Analyse, manage & mitigate risks.
Requirements: Career: Level High Level, Minimum: Experience 10 - 15 years, Experience in UAE required, Experience in Construction / Consulting Proven working experience in Project Management Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Competent to in conflict & crisis management
