Main duties & Responsibilities: Co-ordinate all technical appointments. Schedule daily jobs with clients and technicians (Internal and external). Complete daily technical reports. Liaise with Sales Representatives on all installation requests. Assist walk-in clients with Technical requests. Technical support. Manage false alarms and make recommendations. Engage with insurance companies. Liaising and developing technicians. Rain Maker
