Location, Century City, Cape Town, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time, We are a well-established IT Services Company based in Century City looking for an outbound Senior Microsoft Engineer to join our growing technical team.

Candidates are required to have a strong working knowledge of: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Windows Server 2008/R2 and 2012/R2, Deploying a windows domain environment from scratch, Networking experience, General Network and Desktop Support, Backup Management and Anti-Spam system support (Mimecast experience beneficial), Internet, VPN and Firewall Support, Solutions Architecture, Hyper-V and other virtualization technologies, Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office packages. VoIP experience would be beneficial. Managed services (not required but would be an advantage)

Minimum requirements: Matric certificate, 6+ years IT related experience. Certifications in IT (MCSE / MCIPT preferred). Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated. Be able to work both in a team and individually. A pro-active approach to work, not re-active. A valid driver’s license and own reliable transport is a must have. We are seeking someone who has both excellent technical ability and good communication skills in order to service a wide variety of business clients.
