Junior Programmer Position - IT Online Retail – Wootware, Location, Somerset West, Helderberg, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time, We’re looking for a junior developer to join our team.
Position entails: Working within our highly customised Magento ecosystem, Integrating with third party APIs, A/B testing, SEO & Web optimization, Performance optimization, Systems automation, Working with other departments to identify & ease workflow paint-points
Skills and Traits Required: An insatiable hunger for learning, and firm belief in lifelong learning, Familiarity with PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript, CSS & HTML is a plus, Experience with Java or Python is a plus, Admirable coding standards & the ability to work well as part of a team, Excellent communication skills & punctuality, A go-getter attitude, creativity & perseverance, Self-motivation and diligence, An ambitious & optimistic personality, Ability to work & produce well under sometimes urgent situations & deal well with pressure, Fast typing capabilities
Other Requirements: Must be over 18 and have own transport, Matric or equivalent, Must be able to work in Somerset West, Western Cape, full-time
