Web and Graphic Design: Ensure that all employees design and deliver high-quality graphic and web elements for advertisers and prominent online retailers. Stay on top of design trends and apply graphic and web design best practices. Establish and implement guidelines and workflows that help streamline the production process. Meet deadlines, end-user goals and marketing objectives on all projects.

Creative Collaboration: Partner with Managers, Coordinators, Developers and fellow Designers to create high-performing concepts/solutions for consumer marketing efforts. Seek feedback on designs from team and clients, and iterate designs based on feedback. Offer recommendations on ways to improve concepts/solutions. Communicate often, openly, clearly and respectfully with peers.

What we're looking for Possess the skills required to lead an IT Department, Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (CS6+), Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Innovative and highly creative individual, Ability to receive feedback and criticism, Marked ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change, Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise, Positive and professional attitude at all times

Strong team player with interpersonal skills and sense of humour Strong sense of initiative: self-motivated and eager to grow Marked interest in personal and professional development to remain abreast of new technologies, techniques and trends

Salary: R10000pm excluding incentives/bonuses
