We are an innovative team of young professionals specializing in IT facets looking to employ a like minded young & vibrant individual with the following requirements: Good communication skills, Consistency with speedy prompts and responses, A code B drivers license with your own car, Must be professionally presented & well spoken, Good computer skills including advanced usability with MS Office, Teamviewer and General Windows Software, Must be thorough & accurate, Must be fluent in English (Secondary languages advantageous)
Tasks & Duties will include: Telephone answering & follow-ups, Prompt Email Responding and follow-ups, Updating E-commerce products to a store, Loading customer accounts onto a computer system, Assisting customers at the office, and ensuring that they are assisted promptly, and advised correctly, Maintain contact with dealers and distributors, Work to maintain and build relationships with existing client base, Handle customer complaints promptly, Maintain customer accounts and ensure prompt payment of outstanding invoices, Communicate customer needs and additional requirements, Provide recommendations to management for the development of products and the maximization of profits, Various other admin duties
