Established Restaurant in Menlo park is looking for a Senior Manager with 5+ years restaurant management experience. Applicants must be well spoken, well groomed and have exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates must have long working history with previous employers, no job hoppers will be considered. Position suitable for candidates with strong front of house and kitchen management skills. All references must be contactable. Applicants must ambitious, self motivated and energetic. Knowledge of wine and food paring essential. Experience in fine dining preferred. Salary 12 - 16K net
