Job Details: System Engineer – Siemens, Education and Training Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering. At least 3 years experience in - Hardware and software implementation for Process and Safety Systems such as DCS, ESD and Fire & Gas Safety System design and regulations.

Skill and Competency Requirements: Good knowledge on system hardware and software platform for the Siemens system product range. In-depth experience and knowhow in system design, software development, and installation/commissioning support for Siemens system product range. Knowledge on safety aspects regarding the Oil & Gas facilities and hazardous area classifications, Must have reasonable knowledge and experience in coordination with Procurement, Logistics and Production, Must have supervision of panel assembly and production activities experience, Must have adequate Quality Assurance and HSE awareness, Proficient in MS Office applications

Duties and Responsibilities: Generate all necessary design work/design documentation for all system solutions based on the system range of hardware/software within the assigned time frame, Conduct internal testing, FAT and Post FAT within time frame assigned and in line with projects deliverables, Commission the system at site when the site activities are assigned to the System Engineer, Ensure all company applicable engineering and functional safety standards are complied with at all times
