Administrative Assistant, Our company looking to hire administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities: Performs administrative assistant and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skill are required. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, report drafts and email.
Requirements: Fluent English, Excellent time management skill and ability to multi-task and priorities work, Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, Minimum years of experience in the same field is 2-5 years, Between 25 to 30 years old, Nationality Indian
