Branch Manager for Scaffolding Company, Location, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time

Required: a Skilled Branch Manager within the Scaffolding Industry, who has the ability to manage a scaffolding company, ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are met, all deadlines are met and responsible for the management of their team and client base growth.

Position Overview: Oversee the management of all aspects of this scaffolding business, ensuring completion of the work safely to time and budget responsible for staff & team management. client management

Responsibilities: Reaching monthly turnover budget Ensure compliance with all safety, health and Environmental regulations, procedures & plans. Overall accountability for input & accuracy of timesheets & wages.

 Marketing: Ensure that adequate resources are available for the work to be progressed in accordance with the programme, Undertake site measures in accordance with contract/client requirements, Prepare monthly cost and valuation forecasts & reports, Ensure that job schedules & all associated contracts paperwork is completed accurately & fully detailed. Management of resources

What are we looking for: At least 5 years previous branch management experience gained within the Scaffolding Industry, Qualified scaffolder a Background in construction safety (qualifications would be a plus)

 Strong Marketing Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication & people management skills in order to build successful, long term customer & employee relationships on behalf of the company , whilst working openly & collaboratively at all levels with individuals & groups, remaining people centred in addition to task focused.

 Excellent leadership & motivational skills, with the ability to forward plan & work under pressure.

 Ability to work with a strong sense of self -motivation and a creative approach towards problem solving.
