Heavy Equipment Operator
Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $20.00 to $35.00 Hourly for 60 hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification, 1st Period Apprentice, 2nd Period Apprentice, 3rd Period Apprentice, 4th Period Apprentice, WHMIS Certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Type of Heavy Equipment Operated: Backhoe excavator, loader, Front end loader, Trencher, large or small, Grader, Loader, Dump trucks, Gravel truck, Concrete spreader, Compactor, Forklift, Roller, Winche
Type of Work Experience: Sloping and banking, Ditching, Excavating, Land clearing, Rough grading, Stock piling, Stripping, Sub-grade excavating, Sub-grade rolling, Trenching, Material handling, Slope grooming, Snow removal
Work Setting / Industry Experience: Large diameter pipeline construction
Specific Skills: Operate heavy equipment, Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks, Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, Operate two-way radios and other communication equipment
Additional Skills: Complete onboard and other logs
Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)
