Job description: Support customers on using the software, Give basic accounting/business process advice, Train new customers on the software

Requirements: B.Com degree or similar, 3 years bookkeeping/accounting experience, Previous experience with accounting software, Excellent communications skills, Patience, empathy and good people skills, Willing and able to occasionally travel to customer premises out of town for up to a week, Valid driver’s license and own car

Beneficial: Experience of retail or workshop environment, Support or training experience

Remuneration: R12000 – R17000 per month CTC
