Estate Manager, Location, Alberton, East Rand, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time, Our client based in Alberton is looking for the services of an Estate Manager to Manage there Eco Estate.
The Ideal candidate’s responsibilities will be but not limited to:
Keeping daily records of: Energisers output per zone, Visitors to the Estate, Monitoring of guards' patrols inside and outside the Estate, Constant assessment of the condition of the Estate, Compile and implement a maintenance program for the Estate, Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance, Ensure that the rules with regards to contractors are enforced, Ensure that the building site is clean and tidy before the contractor leave, Communicate on a regular basis with the residents to keep them informed of what is happening in the Estate, Keep records of all the residents and owners in the Estate, Coordinate the actions of the personnel to support the security of the Estate, Draw up a budget for the running of the security, maintenance and gardening, Purchasing of approved maintenance and repair requirements, Control of all security, maintenance and gardening stock, Reconciliation of petty cash, leave, over time and allowances, Report to the Board on a regular Basis
