Forklift Operator (Shipping)
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $14.50 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Forklift Operator Certification
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Work Setting: Manufacturing plant, Warehouse
Vehicle and Equipment Experience: Industrial lift trucks and forklifts
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, Wrap goods, Pack and unpack goods, Sort goods, Stack goods, Transport and distribute materials and goods, Maintain and organize inventory, Operate computerized inventory control systems
Additional Skills: Ship orders, Customer service skills
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
