System Analyst

IC Realtime is a designer & manufacturer of advanced video surveillance products.

Since our formation in 2006 we have supplied over 500,000 recording systems and over 4,000,000 cameras to the security sector.

We are a young ambitious fast-growing company and we are currently seeking to recruit a hardworking, self-motivated technical based Systems Analyst for our European HQ in Dublin. The successful Systems Analyst will be an integral part of the organisation, driving performance and customer experience in all our products (both hardware and software). You will tackle challenging and novel situations every day and will be an integral member of the technical team.

The Systems Analyst will

    * Conduct specific tests on new products, firmware’s and software.
    * Working closely with integration partners ensuring integrations remain compliant and up to date on new products.
    * Creating technical documentation for new and current products.
    * Interacting with the development and support teams to enable issues to be reported and rectified.
    * Ensuring change impact assessments are undertaken when patches and updates are applied.
    * Work closely with the production team as required ensuring the smooth transition of upgrades / patches to existing products and ensuring new products are managed into production.
    * Working with marketing team ensuring technical information on all the companies design material is kept up to date.
    * Active & proactive communication with sister companies to use established global quality standards where applicable. 

Required Skills & Experience

    * Degree or higher in a Computer Science or an IT related discipline.
    * The candidate must have strong technical skills.
    * Strong research and problem solving skills.
    * Experience in writing Technical Documentation
    * Quick learner with the ability to become effective in a short time frame.
    * Self-reliant with the ability to innovate, showing sound judgment and pragmatism.
    * Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
