Our newly opened offices in Capetown CBD seeking a candidate with 1-2years front line reception to join our team
Requirements: 1-2years similar experience, Fully bilingual, Grade 12, Be well presented, Computer literate, Experience in dealing with clients, Excellent communication skills, Customer service orientated, Good interpersonal skills, Must have a passion for working with people
Responsibilities: Managing reception which includes liaising telephonically and face to face with staff and clients. Receive, direct and relay messages. Attending to clients and providing refreshments. Receiving, distributing and processing all incoming and outgoing mail. Responsible for liaising with courier companies regarding deliveries. Responsible for other general administration that may be required from time to time. Coordinating and controlling boardroom and video-conference bookings. Keeping an accurate attendance register. Petty cash reconciliations. Ordering of stationary and office supplies from time to time. Assisting the finance department with payments and other finance related operations. All other Office Management functions, Basic R8000 p/m plus benefits
