As a member of our very successful team of young, go-getting brokers you will be: Responsible for sale and leasing of commercial properties i.e. offices, warehouses, commercial land, new developments. Canvassing for vacancies within the commercial property arena Adding listings to various marketing channels such as websites and classifieds. Taking out potential buyers/tenants to appropriate properties. Networking with landlords and other professionals. Responsible for drawing up sales/lease agreements and ensuring that all relevant legal docs are in place. Full training and mentorship provided. No property experience required but sales experience is a must. Initial basic available for successful candidates. Commission expectation for Year 1 (R400k - R600k) Year 2 (R800k +) plus international travel incentives
