Accommodation Supervisor Required for Busy 3 Star Grafton Capital Hotel

The Grafton Capital Hotel is currently recruting for a Full Time Accommodation Supervisor to work in our busy 3 Star Property.

The position is on one of great operational importance here in the hotel. It is essential that candidates be confident and able to make informed decisions acting on their own initiatives. The accommodation department is an essential part of the hotel with great importance being placed on high levels of cleanliness in both bedrooms and public areas of the hotel. The position will oversee the management of the accommodation team which includes Day and Night Porters.

Ideal candidates should have the following:

    * Minimum of two years experience as an Accommodation Supervisor
    * Knowledge of Portfolio Hotel System would be beneficial
    * Candidates will be providing support to the Resident Manager so the ability to manage the department independently when required is essential
    * Knowledge of hotel requirements for guest supplies and linen supplies is essential to keep stock levels under control
    * Experience managing an accommodation team is essential as candidates will be responsible for rosters and holiday assignments.
    * Fluent written and spoken English is essential as communication across departments is essential
    * Candidates must be legally entitled to work full time throughout the year

Salary is Negotiable depending on experience.
