Location, Camps Bay, Atlantic Seaboard, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time, Experienced Duty Manager and Two Hotel Student Graduates for a Five Start Boutique Hotel in Camps Bay required. Candidates must be enthusiastic, well spoken and presentable with excellent self management, leadership, communication and computer skills. Previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star establishment would be advantageous. Own reliable transportation and a clean license is a must.

Duties include: Supervision of housekeeping staff, Food and Beverage service, general guest relations, front and back of house duties (inclusive of check in and check out procedures, etc), Must be willing to assist wherever assigned or required, Some driving of guests may be necessary as the hotel offers airport and restaurants transfers to guests in its own fleet of Mercedes. A PDP (professional driver permit) will have to be applied for if needed. Shift work and weekend schedules requires flexibility from all candidates. No phone calls please.
