Self motivated and highly driven BDM wanted for well funded and supported non-bank lender.
Over the past couple of years the company has bought and brought in to the fold other businesses which complement and bolster its financial and service offerings making now an ideal time for it to push more strongly in to the market safe in the knowledge that it can back up this push with exceptional customer support.
We are looking for a BDM to cover Sydney and NSW and to grow and maintain the broker relationships and who will constantly look for new opportunities.
Ideally you will have strong residential mortgage knowledge and a good understanding of the non-conforming mortgage and credit processes.
We are after someone who can act in an advisory and technical support capacity to brokers and build strong internal work relationships also.
You will need to be self motivated and want to keep up your self learning and advancement.
It is important that you maintain your existing customers as well as having a strong pipeline of potential new clients and that you utilise all the reporting methods available to you in order to best plan your time and resources.
The company has a positive mindset and is eager to employ like minded team players.
The salary on offer is between $90-110k plus super, car and commissions and is available immediately.
