Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, Weekend, Day
Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 Hourly for 50 hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Horticulturist Trade Certification
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Setting: Construction company, Landscaping company, Lawn care company
Area of Specialization: Tree and shrub examination and treatment, Growth of ornamental plants, Lawn and garden maintenance, Hedge and shrub pruning, Horticultural consulting, Plant knowledge and identification, Tree pruning
Type of Landscaping Experience: Residential projects
Additional Skills: Read blueprints, Prepare proposals, Plant care
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Ability to distinguish between colours, Bending, crouching, kneeling
