A cutting edge IT Company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to base in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible to: Schedule interviews for candidates (coordinate with candidate, hiring manager, recruiter, etc.) Provide an unparalleled candidate experience Assist senior recruiting coordinators and recruiters to managing internal and external job postings Coordinate and communicate interview details to candidate, making certain s/he has all of the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.) Arrange candidate travel within company guidelines Perform ongoing data entry, track resumes, and maintain the resume database / ATS Record & process invoices, employee and candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the group Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, Talent Advisors, Managers, and Operations Team
Qualifications: Graduate in related field or equivalent experience, Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in human resources, Basic understanding of employment process, Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a dynamic environment where work tasks vary and processes are changing
