Job Description: A leading construction company (ISO9001, 14001 & OHSAS18001 certified) in Dubai is looking for the following professional. PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL), (Salary: AED 30,000 to AED 35,000)

Experience & Qualifications: Civil Engineering graduate, with 15 years of experience in the construction of residential, commercial, and mixed - used building projects. Proficient and proactive in resource planning, time management, subcontract coordination, drawing and design management, and controlling and monitoring of projects. Sound understanding of Civil, MEP, Architectural, ID work, etc.

Leadership qualities to lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals. Familiar with local authorities regulations. Knowledge of planning tools, FIDIC, standards and codes. Please mention the position in the subject line.
