Do you have experience within a professional services environment?
Do you enjoy the variety of administration and accounts?
Working closely with the Partner of this successful and growing accounting firm, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
Maintaining the job management system and issuing invoices
Bank reconciliations and processing of monthly accounts using Xero
Producing financial reports and managing outstanding debtors
Preparing written client communication
Arranging client meetings and relief reception
Supporting accounting team with file set-up and statutory returns
Providing general administration support to the Partner and wider team
To be successful, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years work experience within a professional services administration environment. You will also have advanced MS Office skills and have gained exposure to Xero or MYOB.

Whilst the hours are ideally full-time (8.30am to 5.00pm) Monday to Friday, those candidates seeking reduced hours per day are also encouraged to apply.
